Self-Catering Apartment

This well appointed first floor apartment has a double bedroom with King Size bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers and fitted wardrobe, blackout roman blinds help with getting a good nights sleep. Whilst the double aspect living room has great views out over our fields and the surrounding countryside, plus the 6.5 acres that guests are welcome to investigate, fitted out with a two seater sofa bed that converts into a comfortable bed suitable for an adult, should two friends wish to book. Together with a unit for the 40″ Smart TV for streaming various channels and DVD player, plus a matching cupboard unit containing a selection of books and games.

Kitchen comprises oven and induction hob, toaster, plus microwave for the days you just want to cook in, plus a small fridge/freezer and adjoining dining area. Bathroom has a large ‘P’ shaped bath with shower over, basin and wc, with heated towel rail. Access is via external stone steps (13 and steep) from the courtyard, with parking directly outside the apartment. Wifi (~70Mb/s Broadband) throughout the flat. c/w central heating. Use of shared laundry facilities situated in ground floor annex (fee applies).

The Nant Cledlyn (Cledlyn Stream) runs through our property and can be seen from the living room in the Apartment, which offers well appointed accommodation for two, situated centrally to everything Ceredigion and Carmarthen have to offer, including the Cambrian mountains for wonderful walking trails/biking/climbing and Ceredigion bay for water sport activities and dolphins. If you are looking for a special place to stay in South West/Mid Wales, this is the place for you.

There are mown field paths in the fields for guests to soak up the atmosphere and enjoy the sounds of the river and wildlife and a footbridge across the river to a nature area. Elsewhere on the site we have a number of chickens, so fresh eggs are available (most of the time). Well behaved pets welcome, please be aware that some of our free range chickens escape from their field/area and kindly request guests to keep pets out of the bedroom.
